How to Obtain Elixir
Obtain in Balamb Infirmary
Talk to Dr. Kadowaki during the Balamb Garden Rebellion to receive Elixir.
Obtain in Balamb Library
You can get Elixir from the Girl in the library if Zell is not on your party during the Balamb Garden Rebellion. Otherwise, she will give you Mega Phoenix.
Obtain in Dollet
Do the Dollet Dog Side Quest and interact with the dog in front of the painter’s house. Check the bone on the floor to acquire Elixir.
