This article shows the different aspects of Monster Hunter Rise (MHRise) that are irreversible and cannot be changed later in the game. If you want to learn more, read on!
Demo Rewards
If you played the demo, you are eligible to receive rewards when you purchase the full game later on. Take note that the demo version cannot be downloaded anymore after February 1.
Forfeited When You Delete the Saved File
If you delete your demo save data, you are not eligible for demo rewards. Be careful not to delete them accidentally or intentionally.
Character Features

In Monster Hunter World, most character features are irreversible except for some. Once you decided on irreversible aspects of your hunter, you cannot change them later on. We do not know yet if Monster Hunter Rise will implement this but there is a huge possibility that it will.

Character Edit Voucher
In Monster Hunter World (MHW), you may buy a Character Edit Voucher as a paid DLC to enable character re-edit. You cannot change your name, however.
Buddy Features
Thinking about how the Buddy Scout Facility does not lock you on a single buddy, it is highly possible that the buddy’s feature cannot be changed. Be sure to take time customizing your buddies to your liking!
Player and Palico Names
In the past games, Player and Buddy names can’t be changed. In the demo, however, you may change the hunter name by changing your name in the Nintendo Switch Profile!
